HOW IT ALL STARTED

Since the age of 12, Elie had always an eye for art & music.

 

He would eagerly watch his late grandfather play his OUD who was very talented, a true artist, a musician and a painter.

 

Noticing the passion in the little boy's eyes, grandpa initiated the first OUD lessons, and Elie was quick to pick up the instrument skills and notes.

 

At the age of 16, Elie shifted to guitar, and it took him not more than 4 years to have his 1st band.

  • Lead singer for Classix band in Beirut for 6 years:
  • Did concerts all over Lebanon
  • Had many hit songs on the Lebanese radios
  • “Oh Sarah” reaching #1 spot for 3 consecutive weeks on Radio 1 charts
  • Last concert as Classix during Christmas with 5,000 avid fans, aired on LBC TV, reaching millions of people all over Lebanon and the Arab Countries
  • Owner of 3rd Dimension Sound Studio in Beirut [1997 – 2005] did over 300 jingles / ads. 
  • Former President of the AUB Music Club for  2 years in a row  
  • Had a TV Program for kids on LBC for 2 years, “Beit Byout”
  • Did many charity concerts for orphans, children of war, kids with disabilities ...
